The Ottawa International Film Festival (OIFF) is excited to present a fusion of film and music in the form of a Music Video Challenge! Musicians and filmmakers from the Ottawa-Gatineau area will have the opportunity to work together and produce a short film as part of the OIFF's first annual competition and win $250!!!!
